Everything was great and the staff went out it their way to make us comfortable and happy!

There was no elevator.

I forgot a shirt at the hotel. Instead of putting it in a lost-and-found, staff contacted me and then sent me the shirt back promptly. I was quite surprised and very thankful for their kindness, empathy and service. Excellent customer care which will not be forgotten the next time I travel. Well done and thank you!!

Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

There should be accessible plugs near the bed.

Good service from front desk at check--he was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and actually a bit nicer than I expected from this particular brand. Same for the breakfast--it was really simple but totally adequate. Think--dannon yogurt, waffles, a few breads, cereal, eggs and sausage.

The room was clean but smelled badly of cigarette smoke. There were no other rooms to switch into as the hotel was booked. We opened the window but the highway noise was crazy loud so that wasn't possible. The water pressure was really low--I wasn't able to wash my hair because it was just not enough. It was the same in another room my family had.

The breakfast area is small. So during “rush hour” no seats.

Our booking was not found on the hotel computer. Front desk representative Marcus and the hotel manager called Booking.com and fixed the problem. They were very kind and helpful, and we thank them both very much.

The staff was super nice, really helped us with all our requests. Also, I think the quality is much higher than the other motels you have in the area for the same price. The rooms are big (at least the 2 rooms we booked) and quite clean.

Well there is no elevator to the second floor which makes it harder for families with kids and I can imagine also for people with disabilities. I guess you could try to ask for a room on the ground floor in that case, but sometimes they are all booked and you have to accept the stairs. Breakfast was pretty bad if I have to be honest.

Room was a good size and bathroom was clean.

1.) Room needs blinds or shutters to keep out light. Security lights in parking light felt like a spotlight through the windows even with the curtains drawn. 2.) Pillows were mushy and uncomfortable. 3.) Also, opened sofa bed only to find disgusting stains. 4.) Pool under renovation was disappointing.

Staff great, room size and furniture (desk, couch, fridge, microwave) all great. Room was clean as well. Breakfast was a full breakfast and good.

Location OK, not walkable to any restaurants or activities. Biggest drawback, I chose the hotel primarily because it has EV charging stations. You do have to pay to charge and need to set up an account with Juicy to use the chargers. I did, then could not get the charger to work. In the end it was best that I did use it because the rate to charge is $0.75 per kwh. No charging at a hotel (which is generally free when I've stayed elsewhere with charging stations) should charge more than $0.25 per kwh imo
