Close to shopping, friendly staff

Bathroom looked dated,

The front desk staff was so nice.

The carpets were wet in one of the rooms leaking to the living area. They had a lot of crickets.

The room was nice and cozy with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

Nonthing was as advertised and the staff was useless to assist constantly passing on the problems to some one else . ( NO Wi- Fi, NO HOT WATER, NO BREAKFAST, NO AC, and Roaches ) According to management there was a power issue that was out of their control but yet that did not stop them from still charging full rates and not making any concessions for the guest at all not even coffee and donuts . Most Hotels would at least offer a free nights stay to make up the difference and attempt some kind of customer service but not this Hotel they made no effort what so ever I would have had a much better experience at a Motel !

The power went off-no AC. Staff was offered no comfort or help with finding another place to stay. Management was not on property to help.

I like that the kitchenette area was very clean and neat but we couldn't use it because we couldn't see. No nite lights no where.

The electricity went out 5 minutes after I checked in. From that point on we had no water ,couldn't flush the toilet. Hallway was dark.

From the room design to the breakfast everything was nice and fresh

Ms. Ashley from front is very helpful and nice. Mr. Micheal is always very nice as well. They both goes above and beyond to asst me and my family. Each time i stay i hate to leave. House keeping is always nice.

The guy at front desk did not even hesitate to return my funds when I went back after 10 minutes of being in the room.

The parking lot is not well lit- Elevator out of order. Upon entering the room the cigarette smell knocks you in the face. There was hair in the tub and sink. I sat in the chair with my white pants on only to see fleas jumping on me. I was also bit once. I immediately went back to the desk explained what had happened and was offered my money back and also apologized to.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. I requested a early check 3 weeks ahead of time and when I got there my room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 3 pm, I couldn’t check in Until 3:45pm cause the room wasn’t ready. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The property is in a great location for what we were there for…a wedding. The staff was super courteous and helpful

The property needs serious updating. Threadbare carpeting, sagging, worn upholstery on furniture…very tired looking. Also, late night parties in the parking lot were not fun to try to sleep through

We stayed 3 nights. Room never got cleaned. We had to go ask for fresh towels each morning. Two roaches were crawling around. Sofa needs to replaced.

Carpet was very dirty. Pulled out sofa bed and dirty sheets and holes in the blankets. Not a pleasant smell in the room.
