Restaurants and staff were great. Lovely location. Gym was not properly equipped. 5-lb weights missing and only 1 8-lb. weight. Not ok! Also was charged a "resort fee" for high-speed internet. What a joke!!! Netflix wouldn't even work the internet connection was sooooo slow. Just kept looking at the spinning icon while it was buffering. Trying to work was challenging at best. When you are promised high-speed internet? You should deliver!! Not acceptable. If you can't provide it? Then you should waive the resort fee. On the night I arrived (I got in late) parking garage next to the hotel was full and only parking available was a LOOOONG walk from the hotel in the dark (I'm single - not wild about walking that far alone in the dark!). I had to pay $30 for valet that night.

Internet speed and having Netflix actually work on the TV in my room! Also need a FULL set of weights in the gym. Most women use 5-8 lb. weights to workout.

Location and food was very good

When we checked in we asked for bedding for the sofa bed never received it called 5 separate times never received it. Called again and was told housekeeping was gone for the night and my husband had to scream and finally we received it Room was freezing and no matter how high we adjusted the temp it never adjusted finally we had to shut it off

Völlig überteuert, wenn man in Nebengebäude untergebracht ist!!! Zimmer werden nur gereinigt, wenn man dies ausdrücklich an der Rezeption anmeldet, was wir dann auch gemacht haben, trotzdem kam einfach niemand! Somit hatten wir 3 keine sauberen Zimmer

Everything else. Husband fell in slippery shower, carpet in hall wall filthy, outdoor seating area chairs dirty. Room and building smelled. Toilet over flowed.
