great staff and acommodations for the price. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was in a great location with access to Gruene and New Braunfels.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast both mornings ( I don't eat breakfast), plenty of parking, nice clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is that the toilets are so low! For someone very tall or older, it becomes a challenge. Also, one of the bottles fell off the wall in the shower. Are the towels in the pool area?

Location and the staff was great, accommodating and friendly. The check in and check out process was excellent

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The garbage can has some smelly liquid under the bag. We removed the bag since it was full and there were no extra bags. The couch was squeaky and needs replacing.

We liked the room, the staff, the breakfast, and the pool. We were given a goodie bag upon arrival.

The Breakfasts had a good assortment to choose from. The area was kept clean and food replenished frequently. The facility was clean and inviting. I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. Very accessible to so many areas of New Braunfels.
