The front desk people were super friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the amenities in the room, such as a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. The hotel was quiet.
The hotel is a bit hard to get to because of the roads and traffic in Tallahassee.

Breakfast was hot and cold that met individual taste, food was good and delicious. The staff were excellent and professional. The location was ideal and convenient. I will be returning in July to stay another 7 days. My family loved the indoor pool, courtyard with grill, tables, chairs, outdoor heater, basketball court and other fun activities. Also an exercise room. The property was clean and well kept!
The air conditioner systems could be quieter but after awhile you get use to it and adjust to it.

While overall cleanliness was ok, see below! Staff was attentive.
We found a used soap bar in the shower, a trash can with a dark liquid, and the main problem was it smelled like a wet dog...I do not like to stay in "pet" friendly hotels because of the smell and irritation to my sinuses...bookings.com had this hotel listed as "no pets allowed"...by the way , if you allow pets get rid of the carpets and cloth furniture, it just keeps the odors and the hairs around for the next client.

The room was very nicely arranged with a lot of space, good kitchen, excellent desk for those who need to be working. The staff was super friendly.

The staff was the highlight of the stay for me, the rooms were great, breakfast was good too with a nice variety of food. Completely Worth it.
The only issue I had was that the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn't.

The facility is a bit tired. It could use an overhaul. Having said that though, would that require the rates to go up? If so, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel. Overall I was very comfortable. I liked the 1-bedroom layout. I would stay again.

Friendly staff!
Not a big deal, but the door to the bathroom in one of the bedrooms would barely close! The French doors to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close tightly and the door to the other bedroom had an issue closing without being pulled hard. I think maybe humidity was a cause for 2 of the doors having issues. But, I am no professional on that topic!

The breakfast could have been better; weak coffee, need more selections, good oatmeal though. The showers were great feature made it seem like rain on a tin roof.
Ask for room away from interstate the noise does not add to the romance fortunately I was just passing through. I guess if I had thought about it in advance it would'nt had been a problem to change rooms

lot of noise from interstate. our room must have been next to hvac . a/c roared all night. did not get maid service Saturday. had to go to front desk to get towels and washcloths.

Location was great. A little noisy by the interstate, but easy access the next morning.
