The advertising of free breakfast was not true, the food was disappointing for the cost should have been mush better expressly the breakfast buffet

Location was good. Breakfast options was good as well.

Bedrooms are small as well as beds. Double beds are full size not queen size. Pool is also small for so many people.

Really good service from all the staff, breakfast was amazing and the staff were so attentive. The pool is good for families and there are plenty of local restaurants

Everything was on site and the staff was great

No private beach access, however a 3 minute buggy ride to the beach is offered at the hotel as well as a trolly to go further up the beach

Towels and loungers at pool were old. Coffee, sugar and creamer with paper cups was not provided every day in the room and had to be asked for. Room was only cleaned between 2:30 and 3:00 pm in the afternoon.

The breakfast was wonderful I love the open buffet. Price wasn't that bad for breakfast.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and so was the vibe. Perfect for families with kids.

People saving seats at pool left no seats if you don’t go down at 7 am and save your own seats.

Friendly / helpful staff. The outside area was really nice, fun pool and hot tub, lovely views.

Some parts of the hotel are dated, really poor sound proofing in the rooms. You can hear toilets being flushed, people walking in the room above, tv etc. we didn’t sleep well. The breakfast buffet looked a bit tired (cutlery was tarnished). There was 10-15 minute wait everyday for breakfast. The layout of breakfast wasn’t very neat, didn’t seem that hygienic.

Breakfast was very good! I wish I could have seen more of a selection such as an assortment of breakfast muffin etc.

Like I stated in the sentence above I would have love to have seen an assortment of breakfast muffin.

The location was nice on the intra coastal. Last time we stayed, there was an un-obstructed view of the ocean. Subsequent development has ruined that. The Gentleman in the snack bar was very nice!

The value. The property is in serious need of updates. The sitting area was lacking furniture and was stuffy and old looking. The front desk personnel were not friendly, or helpful. They literally turned their backs when we approached the desk. It was so disrespectful. The first day (Sunday) , the outside bar staff was good. We tipped generously. Day 2, we could not get any one's attention. They totally ignored us. Even when I went to the bar, they did not help. It was ridiculous. When your bar tab comes to $70.00+ for an hour and you're treated badly, it's very offensive.

The location was beautiful! The staff was amazing. The bartenders Rick and Ricardo in the lounge bar and dinner was top notch at the restaurant.

I was not a fan of the breakfast and the buffet items seemed to be old and at times cold. The staff wasn't very proactive either in the morning.

Outside of the room always seemed to be dirty, and it was a challenge to get the house cleaning staff to clean our rooms. They skipped out room a couple of days and we needed to flag them down to request them to pick up.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and the staff at Kokomo's, was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Meli, our housekeeper, was superb. Meli made sure to check in with us daily to see if we needed anything at all. She always greeted us with a smile, even on the rainiest-windiest day. It was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Well, to be honest there was nothing the Marriot or its staff could do about the one thing that disappointed and that was the weather. The weather was on the cool side and the wind was nasty at times. The sun did come out a few times.

The hotel was situated nicely and accessible to the beach. The main hotel area was nice and really like having the cafe for coffee and snacks. The reception was nice and helpful.

The room was darker than expected the layout was uncomfortable. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom upon arrival and room was dated (a bit run down). Tighter room than in the photos.

Live music, the decor, helpful staff, small shop in the foyer. And a cute parrot on Christmas Day!

The rooms were smaller than anticipated.

I had a wonderful experience! Richey assisted us with the check in and he was so sweet and helpful. The location was beautiful with views of the water on both sides of the unit. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and nice!

Excellent location! Nearby grocery store and food. Trolley stops in front of hotel and takes you around for free. Would stay there again.

It was amazing! The rooms were nice with the most beautiful view I've ever seen! Oh and did I mention a free dolphin show during sun rise and sun set when you have the room from the Bay. (I thought it was a joke at first as it is very advertised on boats and many other places but when it comes time to see them you never see the dolphins). The dolphins swimming at Bay is a must to see and guaranteed one will see it. I had seen it every day for my 5-day stay and it is a wonderful thing to see. The morning breakfast buffet was okay. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. They have a trolly that takes you to clearwater beach and brings you back when you are done. I enjoyed that the hotel included resturants and cafes located inside the hotel. They have Starbucks inside the hotel that I used every morning and it was great! I never wanted to leave especially with the views of dolphins. Will definitely come back in the summer time when the weather is warmer as over the Christmas holidays the weather was a bit chilly (upper 60s/low 70s weather) but definitely warmer from Chicago weather.

1st day (Monday) of our stay the breakfast buffet was not good. There was little to choose from. Although the breakfast was included in our hotel stay, it didn't have a wide selection of what to choose from like the hotel we stayed in before called Embassy Suites by Hilton. Definitely waffles should be a part of their selection for breakfast (I think it's a standard in American breakfast, but it was weird to not see it in their menu and their breakfast was based on people who do not have any health problems. I think they should consider a menu if people are allergic to egg or lactose intolerant. If breakfast is not included in anyone's stay then it's expensive and the food by the pool was okay but the portions are small compared to Embassy Suites and what one pays for it. A downside is that if you have the complimentary breakfast included in the hotel price, they give you vouchers from each individual that you have booked it for. The downside to it is that the waiters do not collect the vouchers at the beginning of your breakfast and when they give you the bill (even though it's $0) they will call your room to come downstairs to give them the vouchers not to get charged for breakfast. That is ridiculous especially that one day they didn't ask or collect the vouchers and we didn't get charged twice yet the other time they didn't ask for it and gave us the check $0 and still called our room to bring down the vouchers. How is it fair to be charging $0 and then them calling you to the room to bring them the vouchers when they didn't ask for it? The Director of Operations should take a look into this issue, as they can check your room and see whether you have complimentary breakfast. What could definitely be better is cleaning up the cups, plates, forks/knives when eating breakfast or going to their resturant later in the day. When you look at those items (cups, knives, forks, plates, etc.
