Very clean rooms. Polite and courteous staff.

Clean, comfortable and great location. We brought lawn chairs so we could sit outside, under the shade trees and enjoy the afternoon after a busy day of shopping.

the staff!!! they don’t answer there phones. there is no early check in! and God forbid you lock one key in your room and leave the other in a wallet in your car parked at the venue to have to ask for them to let you in, they will not! they will tell you it’s your problem and that “I tell you, not to lose your key!” witch they did not. I have never been yelled at and treated like this by staff at a hotel ever! I will not be returning I tell you lol.

Rowdy guests... feeling unsafe... no smoke alarm... chips in the tub.... dirty ironing board (stains)... iron was not in room had to go back to office to get one... found hair strains all over the room

Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Plenty of towels. Man at the desk was accommodating when I called to say we might be a bit later than the office was open.

Room set up was weird. We asked for two beds. The rooms were attached and a bed in each room, but a bathroom in only one. The door to the outside in one room was locked up and not to be used I wouldn't sit in the chair. Had something white on it. Didn't bother with coffee, etc.in the morning. We found a Cracker Barrel down the road.

The bed was decent. The location was just what we wanted for 1 night before heading north and home.

Staff! Management needs a lot of help. We've been here once before, and it was the same way. Choice Hotels needs to start making some hard decisions concerning Sturbridge and Northboro EconoLodge's. Breakfast! Orange juice that didn't look/taste like orange juice, coffee, and a bunch of prepackaged muffins and such but that's why we brought something with us from Pennsylvania. Noisy! The kid next to us running around and stomping her feet for hours hard enough to shake the building and management does nothing!

Bathroom dirty, heat/air conditioner not working

My room was behind on the backside of the main building. A stairway and cigarette disposal was right at my front door. The view from my window was the stairway. People were going up and down the stairway and cigarette smoke was in the air. I don’t smoke and I had to pull the curtains and close the window. I’m sorry I didn’t complain or move. I realize a pet was the reason I was back there but at least put me on the end. Doubt if I’ll stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my LIFE. The room smelt of cigarettes (was supposed to be a non smoking room), I left with my kids and checked into another hotel immediately. I didn't even care about asking for a refund. Cheap, run down and gross. Avoid at all costs.
