Dog friendly Almond milk at breakfast

Misrepresentation of room online. I booked a queen suite, with two queen beds and a living room with a pullout sofa bed. NO sofa bed! Not queens. Tiny doubles or singles. Too high off the ground! Difficult to get onto. Mini-fridge was plugged in and set at 3. I assumed that it was working. Put in our $110 vegan chinese food, and in the morning, it was almost it! Not cool at all! Had to throw it all in the trash! Very upsetting. I got six bug bites while sleeping that night! Not sure by what type of bug! Shower/tub VERY slippery!!! We all had troubles trying to shower without slipping and falling!

Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast.

A water bucket with holes in the bottom being held over your head would probably have better water pressure than the shower in this room. If you like a steamy hot shower, this one falls way short. The heater/air conditioner in the room makes a few louder clicking noises when it was going through its cycle but was heating the room.

The buffet was better than expected.

There was a horrible smell on our floor. It smelled like a septic tank. The room and hallway felt like a dungeon - and we were on the fourth floor.

Facility was clean, nice breakfast

Beds could have been more comfortable, sparcely furnished, needs at least a table and chair(s) to relax. Bathroom old in need of updating, tub rusted.

There was not a record of our reservation by Booking.com. Denise found it registered under the wrong first name. We arrived in the evening and it was unfortunate not to have a room waiting.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The water temperature was great in the bathroom and the breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. I loved the way the curtains in the windows pulled down for privacy. The sitting area in the room was an extra bonus we enjoyed. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. 🙂

The closest had no bar to hang the clothes on. It had been removed.
