The rest of the staff didn't follow through and the maintenance man cussed us out for having to do his job. Rooms ac went out because of a storm and staff said they would hold a room but didn't and we didn't get into our room till 1100 that night.. horrible won't be staying here ever again and we were with our softball team whom had similar issues

The friendly staff when we arrived.

1st the plugged drained in our shower. I had to remove a huge chunck of gunk and hair from the drain . My wife and son shared a shower and it turned into a bath. At about 1:20 a.m. or so I was awakenby the fire alarm going off. I looked in the ha and saw a few others tryi g to figure it out also. I called the front desk and then informed me that they was evacuating the building. Funny because no one had reached out to us about this. My wife happens to be deaf and I am hard of hearing. We got our stuff and I woke my 4 year old son to get out. Another customer saw us step out of our room and informed us that the fire department was there trying to fix the problem. The alarm went off again and scared my boy. I didn't sleep very well afterwards. The rest of the night my boy was having bad dreams and crying in his sleep rest of the night.i was up and down rest of the night comforting him while he slept. We ended up sleeping past 9:30 so we didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast

Cheyenne I believe is her name was awesome at the front desk. You’ve got a good employee in her.

Fire alarm was going off for about a hour or so at 230am. Had kids w games w me. Tough to get back to sleep.

Room not very clean. I booked a king bed for my family member ( I paid for the room…) and was put in a room with two queens. Not at all what I paid for. When I checked him in, she literally verbalized she only has King rooms open on the third floor. I said that was fine….. and STILL was put in a room with two beds.

Location as I booked two separate rooms for a family event near by.

Do you guys clean? We had a room for 3 days and it wasn’t cleaned once. I was told every other day. The room wasn’t even vacuumed upon arrival and the shower still had hair in the drain. Gross.

First room the air didn't work..so they moved me which was fine but then there was what looked like food on the couch like it didn't get cleaned and the window was broken...

Room was clean, microwave and fridge worked.

Was not informed the pool was closed for renovations, that was the entire reason for booking at this hotel. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the money. The tub drained very slowly as did the sink, the shower had no water pressure and only got luke warm. Room was very small for price. Will not stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed at Courtyard by Marriott!

The fact that I had reservations for 2 seperate King rooms When we arrived, they said we had 1 king room and 1 twin room. Obviously we had a confirmation that refuted that. The only suggestion they had was to use the king room or the 2 twin bed room! I was traveling with my brother and neither of us were interested in sleeping in twin beds or sleeping in the same bed!! We found another room at a Marriott Residence Inn with a 2 bedroom room with 2 king beds. This was the first time either of us have had a problem of this nature in our lives! We are both well traveled.

reserved this room ahead of time with a king size bed for our wedding night then when we get there we get stuck in a double small bed and was told sorry we gave your room to another guest we can’t do anything about it. I travel for work aswell and will make sure me nor any of the company uses these hotels ever!

Location, atmosphere and lobby was upbeat

Stood for about 20 minutes at front desk before could get checked in. I realized was cold and drafty being by door but no bell to rjng to get anyone from the back to check me in

The bed was very comfortable and the location was within a mile of the highway. Had a quiet setting. No highway noise. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Infact, everyone that worked there was very nice.

The shower/bath could have used a better cleaning. Had hair in the corners. I know that this is knitpicky, but the refrigerator didn't fit well in the cabinet. Other than that, I would stay there again.

LOOKED nice

No hot water. Beds and pillows uncomfortable and low end. Booked a King and ended up with two doubles. Asked the desk why and they said we were bumped by other guests who had more rewards than we did or.some.such.
