The breakfast was very good, lots of hot variety. The hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff and management took our complaints very seriously and provided a discount for our troubles.

The room we were put in although very nice and big, it was not cleaned well at all. The pull out had dirty sheets left on it and the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better.

I really loved the kitchen in the rooms! also our room wasn’t quite ready when we there so they knocked off a few $

we did have a light bulb explode on us and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t clean it up because it was later at night so handed us the vacuum. other than that everything else was great.

Breakfast quick on the go biscuit sandwiches.

Comforter had a few spots. I removed it from the bed.

The bed was comfy and the hotel is in an ideal spot in canton.

The staff is less than friendly. When you walk up to the reception desk, they act like you're interrupting their conversations with each other. There was hair allllll over my tub like it was never cleaned out. I had to clean it myself before I could let my family use it. I had to go ask for more trash bags and take my trash to the front desk because there was no way to dispose of it.

The Breakfast was pretty good!

The overall property was not up to standards as far as sanitation. All outer room doors were dirty and had scuff marks on them. The rooms were outdated and not cleaned thoroughly. The microwave light was out, and kitchen floor tiles were loose. Property needs a total refresh..

Facility is starting to show its age a bit, specifically the recreation areas (pool, basketball court, etc.) and the hallway areas.
