2 issues with room- sink that didn’t drain, foot ledge in shower in danger of failing off the shower wall

The night staff was FANTASTIC!!!! Top notch!!!! We arrived late with 4 kiddos and they went above and beyond!!!!

disgusting. the pool area had used band aids, somebody’s hair extensions and miscellaneous ponytails. it was like that Saturday until Sunday morning. towels everywhere

Hotel did not have fruit juice at the Cafe or hotel store, needed it in the morning for medication.

The facility advertises all rooms are either queen beds or king beds. Clearly our experience was in many of the rooms they are full size beds, not queen beds. We paid for queen size beds, and these were not queen beds. Will contact Marriott headquarters to see what can be done about that. Also, I called down to the front desk several times no one answered, and when I went downstairs, the front desk person was sitting in the lobby. This facility also has advertised their pool is indefinitely closed. while there is machinery in the pool area, we saw no one working in there.

The location was pretty convenient, located near a lot of stores and gas stations….most importantly a Starbucks! The hotel itself was very clean and quiet.

The pool was closed during the off season, so we did not get to enjoy that during our stay. Additionally the breakfast/restaurant was closed on weekends so we were very bummed about that :(

location 10 minutes from my families houses

my shower was kinda small and the towels w weren’t those nice big beach size ones I usually get

The friendly staff, the very clean room, and it was so peaceful. Exactly what we needed at the end of our travel day!

There wasn't breakfast

We had no towels. We had to go to the desk 3 times to get towels. They would only give you 2 at a time. There wasn't even coffee in the room. No housekeeping. We had 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for towels for the pool as well.

Room was very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Employees were very helpful with questions.

Limitations on towels

I reserved a deluxe king suite with a balcony. It was wonderful I could open the balcony and let the fresh air in. Also there was alot of restaurants and stores around. Close to the freeway. Great staff.

Bistro only open Monday through Friday. Not open on weekends.
