The friendly staff, cleanliness , safe area, plenty of entertainment nearby.

The batteries to the tv were low . Took several attempts to get the tv volume higher.

The location and the very small staff that was there were super nice

The rooms need updating and the restrooms are awful. No one came to our room with clean towels or did a trash run until we asked the front desk for more towels. But no one bothered to grab the dirty towels or trash. I had to take the Laundry to the lady that was cleaning another room. So, they advertised that the balcony overlooks the city but the room we were in overlooked the parking deck and the bottom roof. Just expected a little more fir that much money. We have stayed in other hotels for a little less and git a free breakfast awsome clean rooms and restrooms. Super comfy beds. But overall the trip was pleasant and the stay was good. Not sure if I would stay again unless it was for the location.

Cleanliness of the property and it was very beautiful.

It was the worse night of sleep for me and my husband. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable! We both woke up several time during the night with body and back aches.

The staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by an area manager named Freddie. He got us checked in and gave us recommendations for shopping, eating and entertainment!!! He is truly an asset to your company!!

Bed was very comfortable. Clean.

Only 2 downsides-1. went to get a coffee in the evening-the coffee shop was closed even though it’s part of the bar 2. says there’s a restaurant-it’s not a place to sit down and order food. even though the food is better than the average continental breakfast-it’s misleading at best. I will say the fruit was the best!

The rooms were a little generic for the price

I really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was adjacent to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel atmosphere was serene and the staff was very accommodating.
