Mattress too soft. Sank in it. Asked for a crib. No crib.

Breakfast was great. A waffle or Pancake option would have been great but the food that was there was great. The fresh fruit was amazing

Easy access off I-80 and in a nice area
The breakfast was late, 20”, and the things were not available. Everyone had to wait.

Bathroom was under construction and towels were left on the floor. Front desk lady during check in was also very rude

The king suite was perfect for me and my 2 boys. We hung out with family in the evenings comfortably. They really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was perfect!
The bathroom was a little run down and older, however it was clean and usable.

Hit tub was not working and we were really looking forward to that.

Hotel itself was clean and smelled good. We were given a room close to the pool. It must have been used ALOT. It was Mostly clean but a stale smell with "beat up" walls & doors. Needed some TLC. Maybe ask for a room AWAY from the pool.

The bed was comfy
I forgot my cell phone in the room and now someone changed the passcode and I can't get it back. And the only person that could have found it was the housekeeper because it was right on the bed . And the hot tub was empty .

Odd room configuration. Bathroom opened right in front of window. Okay just odd.

This hotel is in a great location, with nearby shopping and entertainment. The expressway is also near so guests have easy access to all of Greater Des Moines. The hotel was very clean.
When I booked a 1-bedroom suite, I expected a door to separate the bedroom from the living room. That was not the case. In a stressful time when we'd need to decompress, having no door between living space and sleeping space was uncomfortable.

Unruly guest and children handled better, instead of staff allowing guest to not supervise their kid running through the hallways until 1am
