The upstairs neighbor sitting on the steps and yakking loudly until late and when he finally went inside he stomped around until 3-3:30 am.

Clean, room had plenty of space and amenities. Good breakfast included in price.

Swimming pool and broken jacuzzi, not so clean.

It was located in proximity to everything we wanted to do

Musty dusty room, moist carpet, moist beds,black mold on fridge. Tried to air out the room but the sliding door was missing. Brought attention to front desk three times to address the black mold problem on fridge. Purchased cleaning supply's to clean the room

Beds and space was nice and as expected.

Toaster didn’t work. Coffee maker was defective. Upstairs TV didn’t work. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi on our phones. Called for help with TV and Wi-Fi and was told they’d come in 20 minutes. I called again after 45 minutes and was told they’d be there in 5 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours of them not coming we gave up and went to bed. We had to leave early so I don’t know how the breakfast was.

Brad and Zoe provided excellent customer service. The morning staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a nice selection of items to choose from. Bedding was cozy. Slept well.

The price! I have never spent that much on a room in my life!
