nothing. after speaking to front desk person, it was obvious they didn't have a shuttle system to the airport like I was told. We stayed elsewhere. Candlewood Suites - lovely place!

Appreciated the availability of oatmeal and toppings at breakfast. Location was great for accessing many different areas of the city. Staff (maintenance, dining room & front desk) were all very friendly and helpful!
Bed was awful! Time to update mattresses or add a couple of layers of padding! Air conditioning in our room was broken but once we said something to staff, they immediately got it repaired and it ran well.

Der Ausweis mancher Kosten ist in transparent. Einige Angestellte haben offenbar keine Lust auf die Arbeit. Es könnte auch etwas sauberer sein. Die Umgebung ist nicht gut.

I didn't like that the bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle, and this is my go to hotel when im home. But they could use some new mattress in some rooms.

In a great location and very clean
One of my bedrooms was hot and maintenance was gone for the night but it took me having to call the front desk a second time to see if I could change rooms. I felt like that should’ve been offered to me when I called the front desk the first time instead of me calling the desk a second time and asking to be move. Who wants to sleep in a hot bedroom that’s so uncomfortable but other than that everything else was good

The property was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean, quiet and I felt safe. The staff was incredible. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Housekeeping staff was accommodating, kind and helpful. Even fellow guests were get.
When we got there the television in our profit room was broken. The young lady at the front desk tried her best to fix it but was unsuccessful. She was kind enough to move us to another room. This property was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back.

every thing was first class better than expected. the facility, staff, breakfast, pool were one of the best places i have ever stayed at a very good room rate. I would recommend residence inn to anyone.

The hotel was not as pictured and I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Several people just hanging out in parking lot being loud. Drove into hotel parking and drove around hotel only to leave and not even check in. description on website absolutely falsified the true hotel. I will be contacting Booking.com and hotel headquarters to receive a refund.

Nothing!!!
We were refused service then they proceed to charge us for the room as of we were actually allowed to stay there. What they done is infact theft. Currently I'm still waiting on my money to be placed back in my account instead of the immediate refund that should have been given. The staff there was not only rude but also very racist.

breakfast could have been better and a broom with a dustpan would have been helpful to clean up the coffee grinds I spilled.

Great location and very nice staff . Great coffee daily and hot breakfast too. The room was very large . Could sleep 4 or 5 . Nice to have a kitchen in room n microwave n big fridge too. Hot water n shower were great also .
The decor is outdated and they need new mattresses for the couch n beds . But it was comfy .
