This hotel is very close to a hookah lounge that plays very loud music on weekends until 2-3 am. I was on the 3rd floor and it’s so loud I couldn’t sleep. I am here for a school trip and it really sucked to be kept up until 2-3 in the morning when I have to wake up at 6 am. I did call the front desk about it because it was a problem both Friday and today (Saturday). The front desk staff was very nice about it and called the non emergency police line. It has been well over an hour since they were called and the noise hasn’t changed (not the hotels fault). However the staff member at the front desk did tell me that this is an issue almost every weekend and that he has had to call the police on them multiple times and had already had many guests complaining about the noise. He told me that management is aware of the problem but nothing else has really been done about it. Personally I don’t think it’s fair that management knows about this issue and doesn’t warn guests or anything leaving guests to deal with only getting a few hours of sleep. If I would have known this was going to be an issue upfront I absolutely would have booked a different hotel. It’s currently 1 in the morning and if I had the extra money to check out now and go book a room at a different hotel I absolutely would. I get that the hotel can’t control what a separate business does however I would think with them knowing that this is an ongoing issue there would be something more they could do or at least warn people. I am extremely disappointed that I paid almost $400 to stay here. I am a hybrid student so I come down to Bentonville Thursday-Sun every 3 weeks. Out of this entire school year and the multiple trips I have made this year I have never had this issue at another hotel. I get that no hotel is going to be perfectly quiet and that’s totally normal but it has never been to the level where I was kept up most of the night like it was here-and those were all less expensive hotels.

We liked how clean the room was along with the lay out of it. We liked the area the hotel was located at. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They gave me a smaller room thank what I had booked but still charged the rate of the large suite. They said there were no rooms like the one I selected available but didn’t change my rate.

Room was clean comfortable and wonderfully cold. Many places I've been the AC turns off during the night and I get hot and can't sleep.

Pool was a tad cold for me, but my girls had a great time swimming. Always in the pool.
