My AC didn’t work in my room only the fan so I had a unpleasant night

It was very clean, loved the breakfasts in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful area. Had to travel a little to the beaches. We found Henderson State Park Beach. We loved it there, beautiful clean beach. Loved that the kitchenette area was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The refrigerator was exceptionally clean. I would stay there again.
Really nothing to dislike. Except in the King Suites they should leave extra tissues and bathroom tissues, maybe a broom in the closet to sweep up sand.

Remodeling. Location. Staff

The properly is close to shops and really good restaurants. Also within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf. You can simply walk out of the hotel and arrive at Lululemon (that’s what I did).
The only thing I did not liked is that we arrived during a remodeling. There was banging on the walls, drilling and loud voices (construction workers). When you have a 6 month old with you and he needs a nap, there was no method for me to ask for some peace and quiet.
I did asked the really sweet lady at the front desk when they would be finishing with the remodeling and she mentioned March 2024 (around that time)

The property is under construction. I was woken up every day early due to banging noises from construction.
The breakfast, was better the last time we stayed a few years ago. But because they are under construction, the items they provided were limited.

I love staying at the Residence Inn no matter where I travel.
I love staying at the Residence Inn no matter where I travel. My only issue was the television where it was placed in the room the kids were unable to see the television and if we turned it towards the sofa we were unable to see it

Pretty close drive to main attractions in Destin. Customer service was very good. Got extra sheets and towels right away when I called the front desk. Could not hear guests in other rooms so I would say it's quiet but I'm not sure if anyone was actually checked in in any neighboring rooms. The room was clean and did not smell like the hallways fortunately. Was really nice to have a full fridge in the room instead of just a mini fridge.
Hallway smelled like smoke/chemicals. Breakfast was shut down way too early on the second day of our stay so we didn't get to have it because we went to another breakfast location on the first day of our stay. Elevator was kind of slow and buttons would get stuck. Sofa bed was super uncomfortable. Why are there no double queens at this location?

It has a full kitchenette and it's just a nice place to stay. This makes our second or third time staying here, so yes we love it!

Location was pretty close to a busy road. So it was kind of loud traffic at night. Also the location does NOT include Sandestin Beach access. You have to drive to Miramar beach.

The couch in our suite says sleeps 4:couch was too small,not comfortable form my 2 grandsons who joined us .
