Great friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, adequate facilities. Located fairly close to Guernville, right along the river, within walking distance from a couple places to eat/drink.
The property is right on River Road which has fast moving traffic pretty much all day. Can be noisy from some of the cottages located on the side of the property on the road, especially if the windows are open.

The grounds were immaculate and peaceful. Breakfast was very good and nourishing.
I feel there could be more information about local activities in the room or from staff. S’mores was out at inconsistent times with some guests not using good manners. So we did it only one night.

The breakfast was really good. The property put out complimentary s'mores making kit which was a nice touch. Comfy beds.

The layout was beautiful. the rooms were great! continental breakfast was legit and delicious.
I love that it is dog friendly, but people need to keep an eye on their dogs after quiet hours. One was very Barry and kept us up.

Short hours 9f office. Breakfast starts at 830am too late for us. Staff was excellent when available

clean, spacious cottage, great breakfast
we booked specifically to be able to use the fire pit and because it had been raining earlier in the day, we were told there wouldn’t be a fire that night. we offer to make the fire ourselves with our own firewood but we were told that was not an option.

No heated water and tv on the wall is too high to watch.

It was my second time visiting and it was, again, a great experience. Very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great!
The only thing i would change with this last experience is that the shower in the room i stayed in had a very small shower. Very little room but we did get an extra day bed that I was not expecting.
