The woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to us. We had an issue with our A/C unit in the room and without hesitation she allowed us to inspect several other rooms to find the one that we liked best and moved us right over. She even came up to the room and personally helped carry our luggage items.

The non smoking room smelled like a bunch of cigarettes. The smell was strong

The appliances worked as expected. Too many spiders in the bathroom when I walked in though. The bed was comfy and I was able to use the toilet freely.

One of your workers racially profiled me to my face lol her name is Vera, I’ve come here twice & both times that I’ve had some sort of issue at the reception; she would just be unpleasant. When I landed & drove from the airport to check into my motel (which hasn’t gone through the first time, so I was forced to rebook), the receptionist did not alert me that I would have to check in at 6am by the time I was done applying. When I was trying to check-in the following morning, I came to at 8am to check in & the staff turned me away, saying I should wait for a few hours to get a new, clean room. Your website shouldn’t advertise as capable of online booking because it’s not the case, as Vera told me, I was meant to pay upfront apparently. While we were sorting this problem out, my friend & I heard her mutter under her breath, that I “had the same issue” last time. Either way, she seemed extremely uncooperative & impatient with me. If helping me look for shelter is so bothersome, she should not be a receptionist due her lack of empathy.

Room seemed clean and tidy. Sufficient towels. Bed was very comfortable and linen fresh.

Room had a slight smell of smoke. Though it's listed as non-smoking. No conveniences, such as hair dryer, coffee maker, etc. Neighborhoid was a little rough.

There was no cups for the coffee.

What I liked was that my room had a refrigerator and a microwave those are key essential pieces when you don't have those just wake up in the middle of night and eat something. I loved the staff so friendly so nice so polite eager to help just overall awesome. My dogs and I loved our room I don't think we've slept so good they didn't want to leave it was quiet no problems it was a great little walk that I took my dogs on I can't wait to go back I look forward to going back hopefully soon.

I was there the only thing that I didn't like would be the ventilation in the room the heater the AC unit it really doesn't circulate very well but that's not just at your hotel I mean that's in a lot of hotels so I end up bringing a fan or a heater with me just to help it out so it's not dingy or musky smelling or too hot or anything like that but that's the only thing I could say that I don't like

a few cosmetic updates needed and misinformed when asking if there was a microwave…staff said no, but indeed there was! They should have known that when I checked in! I would have bought groceries instead of eating out! The air filter needs to be replaced!
