First room assigned smelled like animal urine. The second room was just as bad. The third room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We canceled and requested a refund.

first off, the entire property reeked of cigarette smoke. If the property is smoke free, it has not been cleaned. upon finding my first room reeking. I asked to move rooms due to this and was told that’s why I was on the first floor. I was moved across the hall. I had been in my new room no less than 2 minutes and was unpacking when the desk manager opened my room without knocking, claiming he thought it was the first room. I was thankfully clothed. after this, I bolted the deadlock and tried to sleep. the couple next door began arguing about 1:00 am, and I did not get back to sleep.

This is a great place! We love the staff. They are always very helpful.

We have always been happy staying here. There isn't anything we haven't liked.

We were greeted by the staff. The new appliances added to the neat room. Old style but new Teal colored Refrigerator and coffee pot. The staff picked us up from the airport. Friendly.

Need more breakfast items..yogurt,cereal,juice ,milk,eggs , pancakes etc....

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and I received fresh towels each day.

There was no breakfast available not even the sack breakfast that some places provide. The coffee maker in the room did not work, there was a hole in the blanket {not large but big enough to see from several feet away. Most of these things I don't care about, the tv remote did not work and rather than provide one that did work even though there were several remotes he said the owner would have to program a replacement but he was gone for the weekend and didn't WANT to return so I had to move to a different room, a smaller room and still had to pay the original price because I had booked through Booking.com. all the while being rather rude as if I was bothering him.

Everything was just a nice relaxing stay before our flight and after we came back from the Philippines the staff and our drivers to the airport were just awesome everything we needed was met for us nothing but good things to say about this place for sure will stay here anytime we are flying somewhere without a doubt
