The tub didn't drain very well while showering and air conditioner didn't seem to work very well either but it was only 1 night so we just dealt with it

breakfast could have been a little better

Hotel is run down. Our bed in our room was horrible. The bed frame seem to have been broken, the bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The bed and mattress needs to be replaced. The hotel has a horrible oder that causes the staff to have to use an excessive amount of deodorizer to kill that horrible lingering smell. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I ever stay there again. This hotel needs to be torn down our have an extensive renovation.

Breakfast could have had more choices like yogurt and bagels or muffins. The outside of the property could have been landscaped better and the entrance from the road more visible.

didn't feel like we were in a safe area. No real area to walk my dog safely at night. The faucets on the bathroom sink and shower spun around. And there was hair in the drains.

Larger room but with connecting doors on both sides to neighboring rooms; one chair, desk and refrigerator; reasonable breakfast options (different options every day)

Difficult to get on the beltway with Uturns needed; the room needed repairs to shower pull and bathroom sink faucets; room was near the elevator (last time we were at the end of the hall); the heater didn't have a constant setting (last time our room did)

the tiles were falling off the wall. shower handle wasn’t right. shower curtain rod was leaning down and wouldn’t stay closed. the heat was ok 88 when we got in the room and a/c wouldn’t work to get it to a comfortable level. left an iPad and AirPods in the room and went back to get it. iPad behind counter AirPods walking around the property as seen from find my iPhone app. and when I went to the room to check for myself. I watched them go right to the front desk. it’s a shame I stay here every year for the last 5 years and it gets worst every year. won’t be back next year

For the time myself and my boyfriend spent there I didn't like how most guest that were staying at that hotel had dogs
