Convenient location for my needs. Room was adequate and reasonably priced.
Everything was acceptable. No particular dislikes.

It was near from all the places I needed to go to.
It smells a lot like pet my daughter has asthma and that wasn’t very pleasant 😕

The room was exceptionally clean. The desk staff were courteous, professional, and friendly. The mattress was very comfortable. Shower and water pressure was good. The TV was basic but new and worked well with a good selection of channels. The coffee in the breakfast area was very good. We always ate out so we didn't get to sample the complimentary breakfast.
Nothing really comes to mind. For the price we paid, our room was a good value.

Food was horrible !!! Nothing fresh . Has to pay apon arrival not at check out. The room had a bad smell. Not happy at all . Wont be back !!

Unable to stay. Multiple stains on bed linens. Both dark and white with cigarette burns. We asked to switch rooms and this was accommodated however the second room was in the same condition. Room smelled of old smoke.

Desk chair (leather) was so bad it should have been thrown out.
Breskfest was bad..........NO SCRAMBLED EGGS OR SAUSAGES......JUICES WERE WATERED DOWN......AND SO ON

Good location, good staff. Loved the pillows.
The room had a slightly dank smell. My wife had to clean hair out of the tub. Wish the breakfast area had better notes on use. Didn't realize there were breakfast sandwiches until after eating other food and there were no instructions to cook them any way.

The location and staff are exceptional. Perry, Chase, Andy, and the rest of the team at the Comfort Inn Franklin really went the extra mile to make my stay memorable in a good way.
