I love it every time I stay at this location it’s very clean and peaceful

Staff was quick and effective to our needs, and all employees we encountered were very professional and friendly.

Noisy lady across hall screaming and cussing, at 8:am.

The location was great, and close access to everything we needed

Very loud inside- maybe poor insulation? Smells of weed on every floor. Only one poorly maintained elevator. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Water damage and other things throughout. More of what I would expect from a $40 interstate motel.

This hotel was great. Awesome location, Very clean, nice size room, and the Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The outside seating could use a few chairs however the view of the lake was beautiful.

The staff was competent and friendly.

There were stains in the carpet and the on the night stand. The shower head was calcified, and overall the hotel just felt like they didn’t really care to do upgrades that are needed. The elevator sounds like it is struggling and needs repairs.

The totilet would not flush it overflow.

Location was good.

No one at the front desk when checking in at 11pm. Had to wait for like 10mins. Room was not very clean.

the side door to enter the building was unlocked or broken any gun could have just walked in. Our phone in the didn’t work and one of the table lamps was broken too. No blow dryer in the room had to more than an hour for house keeping to bring me of course making us late to meet our family. I sent two messages to the property and never received a response from them. I won’t stay there again!
