Fantastic property amazing staff.

It was extremely easy to walk to all of the Christmas festivities, shopping and restaurants. The rooms were beautiful as was the common areas, such as the Lobby and the porches.

We booked this weekend after receiving a special offer email for Christmas with caroling, sleigh rides and special dinner. we booked it (non-refundable) and then found the sleigh rides and dinner were sold out.

I enjoyed our two night stay, but at a cost of over $1,200 for just two nights. That is substantially more than I have paid for hotels in the US or Europe in the past year. For that amount of money, I expect a large room with a view, not a small room on the side with minimal view, and only one comfortable chair in which to read when there are two people in the room, and no side table on which to put a glass or book while reading. Similarly, the food in the restaurant was good, but when a breakfast of toast, eggs, sausage, and potatoes starts at $24.00 before tip and taxes, a meal just as good at any diner for less than half the price, is not a good value. And a dish of ice ream for $16 - before tip and taxes - I felt insulted.n
