Bed was really comfortable. Staff who checked us in were very friendly. The bathroom was nice.

All of the carpet floors, including in the hallway and our room were entirely damp/wet throughout like it needed a dehumidifier ran. Due to the dampness, the room had a mildew smell. I could see trash and what looked like spilled fluids on chords behind the nightstand / beds. Breakfast was bare minimum with hardly any options. I would not stay here again.

The front desk day manager, Nian (I'm sure that's spelled wrong and I'm sorry), was so welcoming and made check in very easy. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens were very clean and towels were folded so beautifully. It was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Louisville.

The area where the hotel is located and some of the guests felt a bit sketchy but that's no fault of the hotel.

you can clearly see the property is well taken care of and was easy to access the highway to get to where you need to go. spacious room and very clean. one of the best stays I’ve ever had and better than some 4 star hotels.

wish the parking spaces were a little better, had some questionable cars parked next to me but no damage was done. otherwise perfect

The staff was very nice. Housekeeping was thorough . Front desk and manager were very pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased with motel all around. I would stay again. .it was a very pleasant experience.
