Chambre vieille et qui a besoin d’amour. Odeur épice dans l’établissement, présence d’insecte dans la chambre Chambre de bain a refaire.

Truly disappointing / I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn AGAIN.
Unfortunately, the only part of our stay that was great was that the beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure.
Where do I even start.. Following this review I will be putting a call into Quality Inn corporate, Booking.com AND the New Hampshire Board of Health because this hotel was GROSS! The first red flag was upon entering our building and being met with a FOUL smell of fryer oil and curry. That is a VERY distinct odor, and I knew someone was COOKING in the building! We reserved two rooms - The carpets in both were filthy from stains and needing to be vacuumed. One of the queen beds in one room had a LARGE YELLOW STAIN on it which we presumed to be urine, like what else could it be?! When we called the front desk, we had to bring the soiled comforter to the front desk ourselves to get a new one! There was a picture on the wall that was upside down, missing the glass and had a dent in the wall underneath it - Totally looked as if there had been violence in that room. The pool and hot tub area was the most disappointing part of our stay! That area looked NOTHING like the pictures seen on Booking.com. There were hardly any chairs / tables to put towels and belongings on, which I suppose is fine and well since we didn't stay long - As I entered the hot tub, I couldn't help but notice the water was gray-ish almost. Then once I was fully submerged, I noticed TONS of stuff floating that I can best describe as soap scum looking stuff! Honestly, I've been in many hot tubs and I have never been in one where there was stuff growing. I couldn't shower enough, I felt so dirty. Upon checking out, I voiced all my frustrations to the woman at the front desk. She was kind, so I didn't really let her have it the way that I am going to with Corporate. She had some very well-scripted responses for all of my complaints. She tried to tell me they just were renovated during COVID but honestly, there is NO way that is true! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Will not book there again.
Staff was pleasant, room was ok. Bed was comfortable.
Check in time was 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:00 pm and our room was not ready. When we were told our room was ready and went to it, the bed was not made the sheets and comforter were in a heap on the floor and the room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. We asked for a different room and had to wait another hour. The room was comparable and seemed clean enough. We noticed the next morning that the comforter had several stains on it which was off putting. The continental breakfast was very limited, more so than other places we have stayed.

Convenient location Needs better customer service
Staff at front desk and breakfast area very courteous and efficient Closeness to Santa’s Village and Storyland Pool was exceptional
Absolutely no housekeeping and no mention of this. Since Covid we are used to this but putting your towels and garbage outside your door were picked up and no replacements. You had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Three nights and no offer of fresh bedding. We have no problem making our own beds but clean linen after two nights would have been appreciated. No vacuuming or cleaning the bathroom is very disappointing and not very clean. Breakfast was advertised as hot breakfast but the only hot item was waffles. Very poor selection of cereal. One day no yogurt at all and no orange juice. Very disappointed with the services offered.

awful it is not up to standards for the money
the location was great
room in the pool house had strong odors and i asked staff to change they said no ac unit was so loud could not use tv the only ice machine in main building broken one staff shrugged her shoulders and told me to go buy some down the street morning staff said owners non response to customer clients nothing tge staff can do about it
