Room was reasonably clean but very small. Shower worked well and it was quiet. Breakfast was fine.

Elevator wasn’t working which was tough for me on other side of 50 bringing bags upstairs. Public areas - hallways and stairwells - were dirty. Breakfast area was clean though. Chair in room was badly stained. Carpet was also stained.

The hotel wasn’t that from from things that I needed to get to.

Dirty, dirty , dirty! The door was broke but it still locked . The window would not lock (I was on the ground level)! The carpet I would not walk barefoot on ( thank goodness I brought slippers). The bed was broke. The shower was not clean, had hair all in it. The microwave and mini fridge were broke. I was going to go stay somewhere else but would have lost money. If I was going to be in the area any longer I would’ve left and went somewhere else. The pool was cloudy. Just to name a few. Booking.com made me pay extra for breakfast that I didn’t need to do. Booking.com had pictures that looked way better than the hotel looked.

We liked the location.

We had our heat set on 85 and it just blowed out cold air. It was about 32 degrees outside. We were very cold. We keep the heat on 70 in our house and we stay comfortable. The staff wasn't friendly. Didn't act like they knew what they were doing. One guy had a cigarette in his ear. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. This is the worse one we have ever stayed at.

The property and the staff tucked beyond belief. It was filthy, in disrepair, nothing in the room worked, it stunk like pot, the employees were horrible and the food inedible. When I asked a question the clerk just stared at me. When I told her the air and heat weren't working she told me not to stay there again she didn't care.

The front desk lady wasn’t very welcoming and the walls are very thin, hearing every conversation and movements all around. Making it hard to sleep.

First walked in could smell lingering scent of marijuana. We were in town for soccer tournament, asked guy working desk what would happen if we lost the first game and didn’t need rest of reservation, he was quick to say u would pay anyway, he was a jerk, girl that just came on duty was sweet and said she would contact manager of the situation occurred to get extra night taking off. Went to room we upgraded to queen suite, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, best part no bedbugs. Bed was best part super comfy.

Comfortable beds and good location close to lots of restaurants and not far from New River Gorge areas. Clean .

The staff was ok but not overly friendly. Lots of construction guys hanging out in the lobby eating and watching football just seemed not quite and pleasant place to be. Our room was clean but very small. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Very noisy all throughout the night. Breakfast not very good but typical continental hotel breakfast.

The staff was excellent! The room was a great size, and everything was clean. I liked having the Dollar General right next to the facility.

Breakfast is not diabetic-friendly; it was all starch-based. The other guests, although nice they were not respectful of the other guests: large groups gathering in the hallway with music and loud talking from the room next to me. They kept their door open; at one point, I walked by and someone was taking a shower while the room door was open.

Have stayed here many times. Price, location and pet friendly along with comfortable beds reason for our returns.

This time upon arrival at 7:15 pm, we were told “your room isn’t cleaned yet, bring your bags in and have a seat, I’ll call you when your room is ready”. After an hour I asked a gentleman who was waiting for his room when we arrived, “how long have you been waiting”. He replied, “what day is it?” HE told us (not staff) that the cleaning people did not show up. After sitting, with our dog in the waiting area, We finally got in our room at 10:15pm.

Room and facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was a real bargain.

Breakfast was a bit sparce. Only items were sweet 2 "kids" cereals, some plain bagels with no butter or cream cheese, and waffles. No Decaf coffee.
