I like that they had a pool that I wasn’t able to get it because the lady at the front desk for a mean hateful didn’t like blacks woman.

The customer service

I had a 5th floor room and the curtains would not fully close.

The Brkfst selection/offering was a complete joke compared to offerings by other competitors.

Just 3 cereal choices, pop tarts, bagels, only white bread for toast, no butter, 1 choice of a granola bar, at least there was 2 choices of oatmeal. The replenishment of what was offered never really happened.

Great place!!! Very clean. Comfy bed.

Congested parking lot. Hot tub was out of order. Restaurant not open.

The pool area was clean and family friendly. The front desk was responsive to our lack of internet the first night of our stay. Unfortunately that didn't last on the 2nd day. Easy on/off highway was nice

No internet on 6th floor entire stay. No breakfast on Friday morning even tho said daily when I booked. No discount. No daily housekeeping and not told to request it by 9am. No coffee avail at breakfast. Waited 20 min for refil on gravy. Ran out of hot water when showering July 9 10:05am.

Comfortable bed

No breakfast on weekdays tv didn’t work in first room I was assigned. Freezer needed defrosting in both rooms.

Property was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Atrium was warm and inviting.

There were bugs in the pool (but the very friendly blond desk person promptly took care of them). The printer at the business center had no toner cartridge making it impossible to print a personal document. Sunday morning, June 3rd-no hot or even warm water to shower. Mentioned to desk clerk and she said, well we were at capacity-probably ran out. Seriously?? Told that there was nothing she could do as far as partial refund due to booking through booking.com. Handed us the managers card. Very disappointing.
