The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

the housekeeping staff were not friendly at all, we spoke to one of the housekeepers upon arrival and also as we were leaving and we were ignored both times. Also the towels and wash cloths were very hard and dingy. The wash cloths especially, I just couldn't use them they looked dirty! We were very disappointed because we have stayed at this location many times. This is unacceptable do to sanitary/safety conditions. No one wants to bathe with dirty looking wash cloths or towels. There's no way the facility can say that they aren't aware. Also the main front door is not handicap/disable accessible. Someone has to hold the door open for a handicapped/disabled individual. Should have an automatic opening door.

Location is good, close to resturants, easy access to outside to walk the dogs.

No breakfast at all, parking was very limited and access to hotel location was difficult.

At night, it was quiet, and the curtain aloud the room to be dark enough to sleep. The staff were helpful except for canceling the other room.

The policy for canceling the in regard to the leight of time does not allow for a person that is booking late at night on booking.com to cancel a room. We tried to cancel one room that did not need, but the time booking.com stated the hotel would, and we called right away, and they said that it was too late. When we checked out, a small potion was discounted. The spray you use to freshen the air is too strong for use in the elevator. When walking in, the oder overpowers you and stays on your clothes. For persons who have scentativity to oder this causes problems in breathing.
