Staff was very welcoming, very clean hotel & our room was just as nice, we really appreciated the coffee station and breakfast, made our travels so lovely! Thanks for the great accommodations!!!

We booked 3 rooms, we confirmed 3 reservations. We were 3 couples and a baby. When we got to the hotel they only had two rooms available. They didn’t offer a solution to the problem and didn’t honor the reservations we have made through booking.com. The front desk person Rich was rude and showed no sympathy to our situation.. basically said you booked through booking.con it is not our problem. All the other hotels in the area were booked. We were not able to get a room. We drove 8 hours, we were exhausted and very tired. This is unacceptable. Horrible experience

Everything was good. We did not have the breakfast. Nice, clean room. Friendly staff at the front desk.

The location was good, right off the interstate, easy to find.
We were not impressed with the breakfast options. The other Hamptons we have stayed in gave much more variety. We have a couple picky eaters and we are usually not troubled by the options and this stay neither kid wanted to eat anything. It was a little disappointing. The second automatic door to enter the lobby did not work and we had to pry it open, staff didn't seem too concerned of the issue.

The breakfast needed more juice options, better tasting scrambled eggs, bagels and cream cheese. Also I had to wait in line behind the housekeepers who were serving themselves before the guests.

Very close to interstate. Noise from traffic was very noticeable. What appeared to be a homeless person smoking on patio off pool area as gate was not closed. Cigarette buttes outside areas around doors and pool patio

Smelled fresh, very clean, very roomy, friendly staff, nice sized bathroom. Loved that the room had drawers to put your clothes in, instead of leaving them in the suitcase. Would recommend this particular hotel to friends and family.

breakfast was AMAZING!!
only issue we had was that booking.com overbooked the hotel, so we weren’t able to have our original room that we reserved. But staff was amazing, super friendly and very accommodating to make sure we were taken care of!

The location is near the highway which is convenient but you can hear traffic. Not the establishments fault.
