$100 a night, left new towels was only maid service. Refrigerator was warm with a cup of ice cream or something left inside with mold and strong odor, metal on top of headboard just hanging off. Ice machine out of order with sign says see front desk for ice and of course she knew nothing about it and had no ice. Sketchy group hanging in parking lot late at night smoking weed and looking at cars

Light covering bathroom missing, sink stopper missing. Bathtub really slick so I had to rinse it real good before stepping in. No pool!!!!!

It was very convenient for getting our Christmas shopping done, centrally located for dining and shopping.

We had trouble with TV, had to enter channels manually and remote not working accordingly. Had to download all channels every time if you made an error on remote. Mentioned to front desk about it and he says it was the cable providers connectivity. No DO NOT DISTURB placard to put on the exterior doorknob. Housekeeping knocked and opened our door while still sleeping before checkout time!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet was the dirtiest carpet I've ever had at a hotel. There were toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed and one pillowcase had a blood stain on it. You could tell it had been laundered but didn't come out. Yuck!

heater/ax made sounds like an ice maker all night, toilet ran , dirty towels still hanging in closet, they ran my card on first night without telling me and I keep my card locked, they had to give me new cards because they deactivated mine, I was supposed to have 1 king size bed and ended up have two full size… definitely not the stay in the room I expected when I made reservations

The manager is very very personable and obviously cares about having a nice hotel for guests. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again. Kudos 😊😁
