Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De airco stond niet aan. Waardoor het tot half de nacht geduurd heeft voor het aangenaam was in de kamer. De douche.

I have allergies and asthma and they are triggered at this place. The ice machine still doesn't work and we stayed in Jan 2014 and March 2014 with still no ice machine. It was raining and we had to go to the gas station to get ice. The power went out during our stay so we couldn't use the heater. Lights, tv, microwave, or fridge. It was probably due ro the storm.

I loved the room. Like everything except the staff. Would have stayed longer but the staff is rude and condescending.

I didn't like that they made me pay $100 Cash only deposit, $15 a day per pet ($90 extra for us), and wasn't friendly at all. The male worker scolded my husband for cleaning out the car we traveled 17 hours in to get there, where we were coldly received. When it came time to check out the front desk lady had me walk all the way to the back of the hotel in front of all of housekeeping and her staff to ask me very aggressively "what is this? What is this?" while waving around the sheets I spent 3 days on. It was soda. Soda I spilled packing up to leave & didn't have time to clean before checkout. She tried to shame me and scold me about spilling soda on the sheets, humiliating me in front of my family and her staff. I'm a 46 year old woman not a 14 year old child. I also have a disability that makes hand movement an issue and things can drop. So She kept my $100 cash deposit because of that small spill and said she had to replace all the bedding. It washes out with detergent but by the looks of the dingy sheets I was provided I would say they skimp on laundry detergent. Soda washes out but they didn't try. I didn't ask them for my money back when I seen semen stains on the chair and floors and cleaned it for them. Or when I seen the little blood stains on the pillowcase so I never used the pillow (thankfully there was more). The phones don't work in the rooms either. The remote control is weird and if you hit the wrong button you lose your TV signal. I will not stay here again even though I like the facilities because of the unfriendly, cold, rude, inhospitable staff. Go to motel 6 across the street. Much nicer staff, bigger room, nicer location.

It had a huge McDonald's across the street and we could easily eat dinner and there was a Starbucks beside us and it was easy to eat breakfast.

Das Zimmer war vom Zustand her besser als erwartet. Wir hatten bereits deutlich schlechtere Unterkünfte im höherem Preisniveau.

Der Mann an der Rezeption war unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Zudem erklärte er uns, die Kreditkarte wäre gesperrt. Nach mehreren Versuchen, den Betrag zu buchen, stellte sich die Behauptung als Handhabungsfehler seinerseits heraus. Der Eiswürfel Automat war außer Betrieb. Das Lärmniveau war rekordverdächtig. Neben Straßen - und Schienenlärm zieht der niedrige Zimmerpreis auch Gäste mit niedrigem Niveau an, die dann bis in die frühen Morgenstunden vor den Zimmern Party machen. Zudem versetzt jeder Schritt auf der Balustrade Zimmerboden und Bett in Schwingungen.
