Location and proximity to the Arizona restaurant

Bathrooms badly need an upgrade, and the beds are too soft.

Staff was "Great" and all the floors, walls, counters, bathrooms, carpets were all very clean !!

Did not like the breakfast. Eggs were not very good. The rooms need to be updated, doors need adjusting and the pool had a slight smell (not Chlorine smell) and all the pool handrails need repaired, bottom step is broken. The toilet flooded in our room, so they had to move us.

I have used Comfort Inns before but this one doesn’t meet the same standards. It is the only hotel that services the room every day unless you request it. The real topper was a large cockroach in the room. I told a worker who only laughed. The evening desk person took my information. My next trip to Tucson won’t include this stay

The bathtub stopper was broken. The facility was run down: stained carpet in main hallway, pool water was cloudy, price on Booking down come was $105, rates were advertised at $87, the sign to locate the place is not prominent making the place a tad bit difficult to locate.
