I t has a very good location, it's very clean, the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was extremely clean, the room was very nice and the location was very easy to get in and out of. The staff were also very friendly. Very welcoming feel, breakfast was good and was felt very comfortable.

The wifi would not work, and our room would not get any cooler than 75 degrees despite turning the thermostat down to 55 to get it to cool off. We did not call the front desk because we only stayed one night and were leaving in the morning.

Since it was close to the main road I could hear the traffic. Needs larger breakfast layout

I STAYED TWO NIGHTS. ROOMS WAS NOT CLEANED ON SECOND DAY.CALLS TO ROOM SERVICE WAS NOT ANSWERED. FRONT DESK STAFF AND MANAGER WERE NEW AT THE JOB. FRONT LOBBY WAS IN RENOVATION.

I was double charged! Through booking.com ond time and 2nd time by the hotel. It took almost 2 weeks to get my money back. Breakfast area under construction.

The check in was quick. There is renovations going on so there was a worker sitting at the entrance at a table. The check in was quick and flawless .The young lady apologized for the state of the entrance.

i stayed for 4 nights/ August 14 to 18th. The bed was comfortable and I had good sleeps for 3 night. On the last night I could not sleep because the smell of cigarette smoke was coming through the vent. I am asthmatic and therefore I was up coughing and getting a headache. When I checked out I told the young lady at the desk and she said I should have called and my room could have been changed. This started around 12.30 am and I did not think to call the desk. I am home in Bermuda now and although I took aspirin for my headache, I still have it.

Staff not at desk, shower handle fell Off and was shooting scalding hot water out of the wall. Staff said it’d be an hour til someone could get there. We were unable to use shower.

They offered breakfast but we did not partake it did smell delicious

TV was not programmed. Only 2 channels were available. No complimentary bottle of water but it was available for purchase at $4.00 a bottle.

Everything was clean and nice. I love that they are near so many different stores in walking distance. They don’t come and do housekeeping everyday unless you request it, but we didn’t want that anyways. The free hot breakfast was a plus also.

The hotel needs a major renovation. Everything is old and worn, from the state of the parking lot to the stained and worn bathroom. The rate charged does not match what felt like a motel.

I like it around other places that I didn’t have to go far to get to them.

They don’t do house keeping unless you stay for 3 days or more also they were still under construction so there was some noise not much.
