Hotel was just fine.

Water comes out of faucet brown for 2-3 seconds. Concerned if it was drinkable. Parking could be very challenging if you have a Penske or U-Haul truck. We had a minivan with cargo Carrier and even then it was a challenge.

Banana bread pancake mix! Yum! Plenty of yogurt. Delicious warm foods. We love the dependability of a Hampton Inn room. Comfortable for sure.

I told the young lady that was taking care of me and I did tell her I was traveling with my emotions dog and they still charge me for my pet. Then the young lady was taking on the phone with someone about her lunch. I’m sorry but I was very tired and I didn’t want to be rude.

Loved the full size soaps and lotions with pumps that are attached to the walls. How convenient! Also I love having liquid hand soap which is so rare in a mid-lower class hotel. (We splurged a little staying here) breakfast was great. No complaints about the rooms. Location was fun! Saw an alligator in the water outside, and walked the board walk. Lots of interesting wildlife.

The property is very clean and well-maintained for an old, unattractive facility. Management has tried to make it comfortable and welcoming. The setting is nice with woods and bay, though near a busy highway.

It is dated, dark and unattractive. The elevators are very dark inside, slow and temperamental. The rooms feel old and cheap though management has worked hard to make them as comfortable as they can be. The balcony rooms, which I had, are not worth the money as the balcony is over a parking area and uninviting.

Staff was very friednly upon check in.

There was a strong musty odor in the hotel and room. The was not very clean - counters, refrigerator, shower. Very musty mildewy smell. There was a bug crawlimg on the sheet when I pulled it back to check the bed. (Not bed bug.)
