The hotel manager went over and above to try to help us , in the situation we are in . We arrived after a 10 hour drive, for a wedding rehearsal that evening, and just needed to sleep. However there were major renovations going on and jack hammers that were so loud, it was hard to get any sleep at all !!!

The fact that booking.com had said the pool and gym were being renovated, but actually it was the whole hotel !!!!! The hotel manager had made booking.com aware of this, but there is nothing on your website to say, whole hotel been renovated !!!

Convenient location to university

Pool was dirty and not usable Shower head dirty/moldy

No fridge, key cards didn’t work doors consistently, wasn’t clean, tv didn’t work

High price for a room with No microwave or refrigerator.. Almost $200 per night to add these items, ridiculous. Stairwell was very dirty and the emergency exit door was not latched (security issue).
