The location was convenient close to universal studios.
Water pressure in shower was non existent. Bed was dirty there was an unknown substance on the bed.

It is pretty close to the park, and it was very easy to get there. However, I did not like the location, as it felt dirty. Yet, I think all of LA is dirty and gross.
The outside of the location could use some cleaning or remodeling. It needs some updated features. I also felt like maybe a lock or something to keep pedestrians away would be good.

parece moderno lobby bonito
el baño no contaba con shampoo jabón y el piso del baño parecía sucio, el aire sonaba mucho y el cuarto tenía pareces manchadas

Location was excellent for walking to universal studios, only took 6 minutes to the free shuttle
The WiFi is terrible, keeps dropping out, and parking should be cheaper for hotel guests

The rooms were spacious and an easy walk to universal studios.
It was being remodeled but the room we had was a bit run down and had flickered lights. The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable

Great location for Universal studio, and the staff was fantastic
Room was a bit musty, but very comfortable

Super clean and accessible. Even at an 11pm check in time reservation desk service was so top notch - you would think a supervisor was standing behind him. Great, professional service.
Wish water pressure was a little higher but I know we’re trying to save the planet and Southern Cal in particular has drought challenges - so no worries.

The location to universal studios and Hollywood. The beds were big and comfortable.
My room needed a lot of repairs. The furniture was worn. The screen door had a huge hole in it and the sliding glass door handle was hanging off the hinge. Also the microwave was not heating.

They sold plenty of drinks and chargers in the lobby. My kids loved the free lemonade.
The walk to Universal Studios was a little scary with young kids, but it was only a 1/4 mile to the shuttle. The price to park in the hotel was the same price as parking at the park. The parking spots were to tight and some were double parked so they asked you to leave your keys at the desk. I didn't feel this was appropriate or safe. The pool was very disappointing it was about 10x10 and hidden in a section of the parking garage.

Everyone was super nice.
Probably the lighting in the room, and how there was no actual shuttle for universal studios.

Parking was easy and check in checkout was simple
It was advertised as close. Yet even in the short distance walking to the park, we were intimidated and followed by several homeless from the hotel to the park and back later that night. I will be visiting LA anytime soon.

I liked how close it was to universal studios, very clean room, love the quotes on the wall too
I didn’t like that the flooring was not carpet. But it wasn’t a problem

Close proximity to Universal Studios (walking distance). Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Was supposed to have a suite with a sofa. Did not have a sofa, just a table. Not exactly the room type I was expecting, but it worked. Shower was weird to operate (glad there were instructions how to turn it on).

Hôtel de bonne qualité, pratique avec sa distance relativement courte d’Universal. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant.
Par contre, la piscine est petite et dans le parking, il faut juste l’avoir en tête pour ne pas être déçu sur place !

I liked that. The property was very close to Universal Studios. I also liked the property had covered parking. The check in process and check out process was very easy and the staff at the front desk was friendly.
The issues I have, I will say were with the room. The hallways were nice and cool however, the room was 78° when I walked in. To my surprise, central air was not available, but there was a Rolling portable air conditioner near the bed. This was an issue for me because he created an issue with my allergies and I did wake up with a full-blown allergy attack. The the ceiling light in the living room area was not working. The lamp in the living room area had a broken lampshade. There was a light fixture in the ceiling missing from the living room.
Overall, I was able to sleep fairly well but I believe if you’re going to charge over $200 for one night, at least have proper working air conditioning.

Staff is friendly. Perfect for what I needed it for.
Nothing I didn’t like about the property

Room was extremely spacious. Location was perfect for Universal Studios with a short walk to the free shuttle. Staff were very friendly and it was nice having a bar there.
The pool was very small and you could only access it if a staff member opened the door for you. The location of the pool was in the under cover car park. In saying that it did not stop my son from going for a swim.

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, the hotel was fine and near universal stuidos, the aircon worked great, room size excellent, and staff friendly.
Hotel pool was small and not really worth using.

Clean. very close to universal! Overall a great experience

The location was very good, walking distance to the tram which took us up to Universal Studios. The room was very big and had a fridge and a microwave. The shower was powerful which was a bonus.
Parking was $30 per night which was quite pricey and the pool was extremely small. It was so small we decided not even to bother using it.

The few things I liked about the hotel was that it was close to Universal Studios, the bathroom was spacious, and there were several places nearby where you can eat.
The hotel was being remodeled, the room I stayed in did not have air conditioning and it worked with a cooler, it took a long time for the room to feel pleasant. The balcony door did not close well, and there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed. For the price we paid, it was not worth it.

The ability to walk to Universal Studios was nice.
The pool was out of order due to some overload of chemicals or something. There was lots of banging up and down the hallways, figured out the early morning banging was the cleaning crew. Not sure what the night banging was. Parking is a little inconvenient and the price for the hotel was high for what it.was, doesn't seem very customer service like to not offer some type.of continental breakfast or something for guests.

The location was great. It was a 7-minute walk to the universal shuttle that brought us right up to the theme park and city walk. Lots of food options within walking distance. They allowed me to check in early. I liked the bar, and the staff were friendly. The drinks were tasty, and the decor and fresh ingredients at the bar were lovely.
I’m disappointed with the outdated hotel. Paint chipping in the room, baseboards lifting, scratches and cracks all over walls and mirrors. It felt like an Inn or a step above a motel. Everything just felt old and worn. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress was acceptable. The pool was horrible. Felt like I was in a prison cell. The picture for the pool is not accurate, and I chose a hotel that had a pool so my kids could swim. We stayed for about 10 minutes and had to leave. The pool was a little depressing.

-Nice and clean, the patio was beautiful, perfect distance from many nearby tourist locations, good parking
-Lights were too dim

Door didn’t fully close or lock .. even if you pulled it to close one shove or barely push it would open without card. Floor was not swept or mopped

Location was good close to Universal Studios but we did use an Uber after the first day it was rough walking up that hill lol. Staff were very nice and very helpful they stored our luggage when we arrived it was a still a little early and room wasn't quite ready. They also stored our luggage for us after check out we had a late flight and wanted to check out more sights. The room was big and comfortable for our family of 5 and was clean.
No complaints was a good stay for our first trip to California.

Within walking distance to Universal Studios. Food places and a liquor store are also within walking distance.
Our room was pretty dark
