paper thin walls and floors. it was very outdated and the beds sunk in the middle. dirty jacuzzi jets in bathtub. Pictures show beautiful views but the only view you get is of your neighbors porch.

BEDBUGS!!! We were only in the room a few hours when my wife saw several. We took videos and photos packed up and left- driving back home. Worst stay I have ever had.got home at 3:30 am. We left home 8:30 am the day before..

Quiet area, close to the beach, accommodations, local restaurants close by, non-commercial. Everyone we encountered appeared pleasant and helpful.

A few things were a bit vague, still waiting on a refund for attending a time share meeting.

Loved the island and area and the many many beach access areas within walking distance. The room was well appointed for basics and was sufficient for cooking all our meals. The screened porch was great when the mosquitoes were active! The laundry in room was so appreciated. This island is slower than surrounding luxury areas but was a perfect beach stay. We loved Edisto. We saw dolphins daily, watched sunsets and sunrises and collected shells to our hearts content.

Nothing. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this might not be your island but it was extremely nice for a value option.

Property was well maintained, comfortable, almost deserted.

Did not like the hardcore time share meeting. Expect you to sign a contract on the spot and hand them a minimum of $5,000 right then for least package, are you crazy? The property overcharged my credit card by $900 more than the Booking.com price. I am still working to get that settled and I ended vacation 09/17/22. The property rarely answers the telephone and the manager is never there, don't respond to emails and you get no service from them for this. The only way we got attention was by putting this problem out on the internet, I got a call the very next day and have received all of the overcharge back except for the deposit I made in June before arriving in September. I would like to return to the facility but not if I have to go through this. Be careful about your credit card if you choose to go.

The location for our events was very good

We couldn't check in until four but we didn't get into our unit until after 5 pm

Took a long time to check in and get the room. Check in was supposed to be at 4. We weren't able to get in the room until almost 6.

I must say, vehicle POV parking was rather challenging. I normally had to park by the dumpster (normally not anyones 1st choice) or I parked in the trailer/ boat dock area.
