The location is convenient and clean.

There is a sign in the parking lot that reads “park at your own risk” which sparked a safety concern for me. The room did not have a luggage stand for my suitcase and the bathroom wastebasket did not have a plastic liner. Lastly, the hotel has adjoining rooms and I was not informed of this or asked my room type preference. I do not prefer adjoining rooms so the staff member made the change for me quickly.

The staff, we waited for 20 minutes and the person at the desk when he arrived did not said anything to us.

The bed was ok.

I didn't like the fact that we booked and reserved a king room and when we got there we were told that there were no more king rooms and had to take a double at same price. Bathroom was dirty(ring in tub,black hair on Bathroom door, curtains rod). Hard to open door to room stain wall paper . Also tub was very slick nearly fell twice while taking a shower. Etc.

I liked the cleanliness and decor. I liked that I wasn't yelled at. I liked that the people next door stopped talking at about midnight instead of 3am.

Arrived about 7pm. I had booked stay through Booking.com, where I indicated that I wanted a room away from elevators and highway. The first room was right next to elevators. The second room was on the highway side. I was told they aren't given indicated preferences from Bookings.com. I have no way to know if that is true or not. The third room; key didn't work. The 4th time I was walked to the room with the key. The walls are paper thin and the bed is too soft. People who stay here like to slam doors until at least 11pm on a Sunday night. I wondered why hydrolic fixtures hadn't been installed to prevent this from happening? The decor was pleasant enough. I paid more for this room than anywhere else I've stayed in the last two years, and I've travelled a lot, and have had the worst experience of that whole time.

Our sheets were dirty, there was rice in the carpet, the carpet was ripped, bathroom door handle fell off. The breakfast is 19.99 a person it was NOT worth it. Horribly overpriced and mediocre.
