I got a smoking room and booked a NON smoking room .

I liked the price and convenience of the hotel
The bathrooms were not clean, the bed sheets had stains and the room smelled like smoke.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The room was not very clean we’re had been in the past. There was a leak.

Close to I-75 & restaurants. The property is old but has been maintained well considering So GA weather

The location was good. The staff was fair. The breakfast was hot and timely.
The sheets were blood stained and had burn holes in them. The pillows smelled of perfume. The tub had spiders and spider webs in it. It smelled of mildew and smelled dirty. The pillows not only smelled used but were terrible pillows with old bunched up padding in them.

Nothing at all
The carpet smells, towels looks old and some has stains, paper towels very bad quality, the comforters or blanket was too thing and not comfortable at all, usually, they are thick and soft in most hotels. The room smells not good. The place are too noisy and you can hear the guess in the next room.

Front lobby refused to honor my booking claiming it was showing in their system even though I showed booking confirmation number.

The Location is good
Bathroom wasn't clean..the toilet or the tub
Towels were dirty along with cigarette burns in the sheets ..And I stayed in a non smoking room.
Room also needed a good dusting and carpet wasn't vacuum

How my brother was treated was unacceptable. I rented him a room for 2 nights online because he has no heat. He walked to the breakfast area asking for coffee for his room since they didn't leave any, and the staff started yelling at him no and that he couldn't have breakfast either. I paid in advance for his room and if I had known the staff was going to discriminate against him based on his appearance I would have found another hotel.
The staff was very rude and disrespectful to my brother.

front desk clerk was very friendly.
the room wasn’t properly cleaned. tub was dirty bath towels was dirty along with lining on bed. we had to switch rooms and it wasn’t any better.
