The shower was leaking like crazy but it still worked. The floor was barely swept. I guess a c+ for doing the bare minimum.

The room cleaning could've been better. Might as well leave a broom and mop and offer a discount if we clean our own rooms properly. Probably will end doing it better than housekeeping.

The sheets were dirty. There was something dripping on the wall. They would not clean the room and they had signs up to be kind to the staff because everywhere is short staffed. We stayed 3 days and It was the worst stay ever. Tried to work it out with the manager who was never there and refused to speak to me. Used booking .com and booking.com tried to work it out and there was still not a response from the manager as they were "in a meeting" or not there everytime I asked. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE.

The room was very clean. The entire hotel smelled very good.

They only put decaf coffee in our room.

Short staffed, 2 ice machines and only one working on 2nd floor. Communication was not best throughout our stay. The free breakfast was a hit and miss. Depending on if staff would show up. There are other things I can say about our stay, but it will not be positive. I don't see us ever staying here again.

The air conditioner was very noisy so I had to open the window and turn the air conditioner off. There were no screens on the windows

The hotel was great. Really glad we stayed there. The only real problem we had was that there was hardly anyone at the desk when we needed assistance. We waited almost an hour for someone to come to check is in and there were many others waiting on the lobby as well. When the staff were present they were polite, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, I felt like the hotel was a great value. Breakfast was fine and convenient.

The food is mediocre. The open time for breakfast is too short. The pool was NOT heated enough, it was literally so cold I could not swim at all.

No notification that most of the amenities were down. Tons of false advertising on the website. Heater stopped working in our room. No pool, no hot tub, very scarce "gym", no snacks in the "game room", had to pay to play said games, no one on staff from 12am-8am.

everything, the parking lot was covered in leaves, the rooms were not clean nor were they stocked for guests, and the pool and hot tub were not useable because of a roof caving in!

The elevator had a pronounced and fairly significant shudder when stopping at floors. The toilet flushing was problematic, took forever for hot water. Not even a little desk to place my laptop
