Breakfast was very good, but could have been better stocked with more bananas. Location was very convenient for our purposes. A little noisy due to location next to interstate, but generally not bothersome. Good internet connection.

Would have preferred daily room housekeeping instead of every other day.

Staff was fairly friendly

Bathroom was gross, all of us showered with shoes on. Rust all over tub, toilet water had rim around it (clearly wasn’t cleaned between last guest and us) breakfast was gross, we arrived to breakfast at 845, everything was basically gone and not restocked until we were walking out after grabbing a few small boxes of cereal (I personally don’t eat cereal but kids did since eggs clearly sat in pan for long time and only sugar free syrup available for waffles)

Gonna be honest - every Hampton we have stayed at has had a much more comfortable bed / pillows. I have a bad back and it really was not comfortable as far as sleeping was concerned. Staff was great. Great location.

The staff was extremely accommodating after a mistake on the 3rd party booking's end. They were able to secure us a room.

Was a but expensive for location. It wasn't like it was near any major attractions. This was an overnight in between softball tournaments

Kids enjoyed the pool

Pillows were awful and the key card needed replaced three times.

Most of the staff was delightful and helpful. The breakfast was always good. Kids loved the pool

Housekeeping did not come by regularly. We stayed a week and requested Housekeeping every day. They only came once in the week I was there even though I made sure to be out of the room every day. I asked for towels and needed to wait hours because none were clean. The manager was rude, inconsiderate and lied.

Breakfast was okay but staff there monitoring the breakfast was not friendly. The location was good.

One of your staff was not friendly towards my family when we went to breakfast but friendly to the other guests I saw. I hate to say this but maybe it was my skin color which shouldn’t matter but it did.
