I did like that there was free breakfast.

I didn't like that the hot tub was gone and all that was left was a huge hole in the floor with traffic cones around it. I also didn't like that the pool was freezing despite the fact that hot water was circulating from the pumps. I didn't like that the room had damage to all the walls and it made me think that the facility itself was not maintained

breakfast staff made my granddaughter severely upset by telling her she wouldn’t serve her any food without her having shoes on. I mean, who does this to an 8 year old?

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. Compared to other hotels across the nation this one is great for the price. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as the more standard cereal, muffins, etc.) The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay.

Not really a complaint, but they need to do away with the carpeting in the rooms. Too hard to keep clean. They inevitably end up stained over time.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was a little high for what you get but not too terribly bad.

There was a lot of hallway traffic. Waaay too many slamming doors. But eventually about 1am they all quieted down.

Everything was perfect everything was amazing great staff great size and rooms keep up the good work because I will be staying there again because I am relocating there God bless

Hot breakfast every morning. Pool was decent and never crowded.

a place for my wife and i to stay, the breakfast was decent,

staff attitude, staff incompetence, poor house keeping, rooms dirty, faulty amenities, no laundry, no vending on all floors, breakfast was late, breakfast area was unclean/unsanitary, staff did not keep up with demand-no food available unless requested---yet staff was sitting in area eating--just rude unprofessional attitudes. a housekeeper said she saw mw on camera in parking lot, saying she saw me, i was on my phone with my mother, same one again, in front of staff and other customers, i asked to show footage , she said i was on phone with a business call i took that morning, in my room, but she stated it was the evening before i was on phone in parking lot. felt privacy violation, very much, very uncomfortable staff enviroment

breakfast menu and products are good. breakfast area being ready for breakfast, cleanliness, and availability of food was less than pathetic. staff wassitting in dining area, all eating, and no food available. i felt as if i was offending them in asking when more food would be availabe, as i was on a time lime. the only response i got was from the house keeper, to use the tongs for the one pastry i grabbed, the tong was not in the pastry case, she said to use "one of them by the eggs and other stuff"? i guess i didnt like much, if at all. pool was filthy, hot tub down, and no towels. i asked about the pool/hot tub/towels,, i was told to look around and figure it out, it is what it is???? something to that affect. the more i think about the experience, the more it upsets me.

staff was lethargic, seemed as if i was disturbing them just to check in or out, house keeping and maintenance issues abound, staff gave my family a sense of creepy--they didnt seem to like their job, and talked about it, asking for tips? after a week, i advised i would be away 1 night, and tipped $20 to the night desk, they towed my truck and cost me $280- i stayed 1 nigt in another facility to compare,. staff behaves downright disrespectful to guests, as in playing dumb and very slow, phones ringing, just in adequate talent, no talent. like the convicts are running ther prison. i felt they were up to something, or hiding something, and had privacy issues with their behaviorin our experience, and invasion of privacy,

What did I like? I liked checking out! John was nice. That’s it.

The room was gross. Carpet was so stained I had to lay my towels down to walk on. My heater didn’t work the first two nights I was there. Replaced for my final night. There was a hair and dirt in my shower and another hair in my sink. The shower dripped all night. The pillows on the bed were tiny squares. The iron was on the floor. Someone stuffed some nasty tissue in the peephole. Breakfast was gross. Cold. Understocked. Very limited selection and ran out quickly.
