Close vicinity to I95 and KSC to view the launches. Also loved that this was a pet friendly hotel.

Location, clean rooms

The lady who was running the breakfast area was rude, inhospitable and inattentive. She was rude to me and other guests when asking about replenishing the food and utensils. I expect better treatment when paying extra to stay at a nice hotel

I was traveling from Arizona to Florida, got stuck in Mississippi, and we tried to cancel and get a refund due to the hurricane and wasn't able to. They offered to change my hotel date. However, with my changed flight, I no longer needed a hotel. This hotel would rather put their guest in danger for profit, sad.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and eating area were great.

The pool was closed! It was closed before we got there and stayed closed for the duration of our stay. Being August, this was a big disappointment.

Canceled reservation due to wrong room assigned and told by hotel that cancelation fee would be waived due to room reserved not available. I have not received reimbursement for cancelation fee.
