Facilities but understandable considering the price point.

Had the best views. Was up on a hill and you could see Mt Rushmore from the hotel. They had a great patio with fire pits. We loved sitting out at night.

we loved the pool area, breakfast area kept nicely as was very busy, the location was awesome, the fridge in the room worked amazingly, tv reception and channel choices were great

The parking proximity to rooms on that side of the building could've been better, felt there should be more, i didn't like that the alarm clock was broken so it was useless, when turning on the showerhead the water still came out of the bottom tap so the water pressure i'm sure could've been better if that were fixed, beds/mattresses weren't very comfortable, went right through them and we're average sized lol, the hallway floorboards are pretty loud as you walk on them so when people more than walked on them they were super loud, enough to wake you, our towels had stains, people upstairs were really loud and could be heard easily with their walking/bumps

1. Booked 4 rooms, gave me 1st room, toilet flush is broken, room 205. 2. Changed to 2nd room-155, face basin sink constantly leeks all over the floor. Had to put 2 bath towels to stop the water from running all over the floor, and it’s slippery. 3. All 4 rooms that I ordered, none of the rooms had a trash can. Front desk not able to find trash cans for the rooms. I didn’t go into the other rooms to check if anything equipment was broken since we only stayed for the 1 night.

Dirty carpets in hallways and elevators.

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage, der Mount Rushmore war von unserem Balkon aus zu sehen. Das Zimmer, das wir upgegraded hatten, war groß. Allerdings enthielt die Küchenzeole im Zimmer kein Geschirr. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und nicht reichhaltig.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas vielseitiger sein können.

I booked reservations 5 months ago and when I got there they said hotel closed due to maintenance. Had to go to another hotel which they told us to go to. It was a Ramadan which I've stayed before. I was never informed about problems until I got there. Lady said she would give me 5000 pts towards my Wyndham account which I don't think is enough and haven't received the points

Nothing. Been wanting to stay there go to keystone south dakota a few times a year and this was my honeymoon

Got canceled through Hotel’s email sent to my email about their cancellation within a so short notice which didn’t give me the time to prepare. I was supposed to check in on 5/4/2024 and checking out on 5/5/2024, but received an email less than a day before my check in. Still now, I’m and been trying to contact with Priceline, but couldn’t get a hold of any agent to talk about this issue. Hope I can get to resolve this issue asap.

Cancel my trip in a so short of notice less than a day without any accommodations.
