Nothing I got it as an emergency

1)I ask for a suite of 2 bedrooms I got 3 separate room in different floors 2)some of the personels show attitudes The keys get deactivated many times 3) those doors of the rooms are extremely heavy

The 2 queen bed room was misleadingly advertised as a 5-person room. I was forced to buy another room. The pool area was heated to over 90 degrees, the water had temperature of a hot tub, not a pool for swimming.

i ask by the desk a playpan [crib] for my baby in they didnt wanna give me [maybe becaus i am a jew] so my baby cry the all night we have a terrible experience

Everything was fine and free breakfast was good. Checked in late and no one was at the front but we got in and the accommodations were nice.

The hotel was having major renovations. We walked to the neighboring Hilton for breakfast, which was excellent.

Although 2 rooms were booked through Booking.com, only one initially appeared on the hotel's computer system. It took two very helpful people at the Hampton Inn Nanuet, Cynthia and Claudia, to get that mess straightened out. They were great.

Didn’t eat BF from there.

the room they put us in wasn’t cleaned from the previous person - next room the heat was broken and the room was 78 degrees - third room was ok but worn.

Breakfast was decent. Location is good and easily accessible from the highway.

I specifically book a room for 5 people and excepted there to be a sofa bed or a cot provided by the motel. This was not the case. When talking to the staff about this, they said I didn’t ask for a cot. It’s pretty obvious that when I book a double queen room for 5 people, a cot or sofa bed would be required; I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Staff didn’t help correct it and suggested I go buy an air mattress.
