Perfect location

It was very clean, very close to Newport and Narragansett. The amenities in the bathroom were appreciated (hand soap, body wash, extra mouthwash, etc).

Breakfast was a little lacking, would have liked a few more options.

The location was perfect for all the areas we wanted to see. Most things were only 15 min away. The breakfast was good, however there was no cereal that pertained to children.

Great location with several nearby restaurants. Close to Narragansett beach and convenient to a wedding we attended.

Really expensive for a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was not appealing to us. We should have just had cold box cereal, rather than the hot breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, some sausage and a muffin. I think it was the smell of the food that bothered me.

As a female, I needed better lighting in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror to apply makeup. I did bring my own mirror, but with poor lighting and that I cannot apply makeup and wear my glasses it was difficult.

We only made it to breakfast on our checkout day. It was good, love the waffles!

The bathroom door is a little warped so it doesn't latch without pushing with force.

The free hot breakfast was really impressive.

Floor we were on did not allow us to utilize our cell phones for making or taking calls. Having a special needs child we could not reach or whose caretaker could not reach us was unacceptable. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to leave our floor to make any calls out or receive any calls. The Inn said they could not compensate us financially b/c we booked thru a third party. However, they said they could provide us with a one night at a Hampton Inn free going forward. The person who told us this said he would have to confirm with the Manager. We never heard from or saw this person again. When we checked out we told the Front Desk our story. We have not had any contact from the Inn. Not Happy.

very clean, convenient location, awesome staff, nice sized rooms. Justin at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations, his breakfast superb, he was kind and made our stay enjoyable.
