Nothing at all
Dirty carpet, dusty A/C,old fridge, dirty sofa, bed as uncomfy as possible, shower with boiled or ici water, no other choice. Breakfast acceptable but no miracle, only processed food. The most horrible night we 've ever passed since the beginning of our road trip !The all night was violently slammed doors, people running and yelling in the corridors.....A nightmare !

Nothing. I checked out at midnight and drove home.
Beds were not supportive at all. Tvs only had half of the channels on the tv listing. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Toilets were very low to the ground. Room looked like it had not seen maintenance in an overextended period of time.

The beds were really comfortable and nice and clean. Got in a great nights sleep.
Honestly the hotel felt a little run down; like some repairs needed to be made. Ice machines were broken on every floor. Some vending machines were out of order (cash only). 2 elevators and 1 was broken and the other was making a death rattle at one point.

The breakfast was close to excellent, with a variety of offerings, including hot and grab and go items.The location was great; pretty central. I really appreciated how room service did not call excessively early, but rather stopped by at a reasonable time, to see if anything was needed. The fitness center was perfect; just what was needed.

I left 2 pairs of glasses and electronics and it is likely housekeeping found and kept the items.

The staff was friendly
The lack of channels made it so that there was only one good option for children. But that something insignificant we were awoken early in the morning by made service with no warning. And it about scared the life out of us.
The bathroom showerhead was falling apart so badly that the water was spraying everywhere but where it should be.

It was convenient, available, clean, and secure. I had been up for 49+ hours and all I wanted was a bed with a pillow. Got it.

They have online the option to pay cash and when I got to the location they didn’t have that option. They also did not want to help us get a room after we already had spoke to someone before that said they did accept cash at check in.
You can’t pay with cash nor Mastercard. You have to have a Visa card or credit card. No cash at all what so ever.

Nothing at all
They accused me of smoking… I DID NOT SMOKE… and charged me a $200.00 fee!!! I tried several times to speak with a manager and was told on the 3rd day that the manager told the workers not to accept my calls!!! The manager NEVER called to speak with me about this or anything else!! BEWARE: THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL WRONGFULLY ACCUSE OF SMOKING AND CHANGE $200 EXTRA!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet.
Some areas smaller like smoke, such as end of hall near stairwell. I did notice someone propping open the fire door at bottom on stairwell to smoke so it may have been a one time/ guest specific issue.

Breakfast was solid, accommodations were good.
Building was very noisy, with christmas party that went to midnight. We did not get the room we reserved (Lake View) and were instead given a room with parking lot view.

it was clean and bed was comfortable
they had a party in the conference room until midnight. they blasted music until 12:05 AM and didn’t stop it until I complained. they refused to move our room. they should have out the rooms of the people in the party right above the party. my room was shaking until after midnight; it was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV in the room. And, they had a mass with loud singing at 9 AM. i will never stay here again.
