Staff was rude, room was small

The view of the ocean is amazing. Easy access to the beach, especially if you are on the first floor. They have chairs and a table outside to sit, relax and enjoy.

The hotel needs a major renovation. It is outdated and they are relying on the view of the beach to sell their stay.

The staff was a breath of fresh air. Super friendly and the room was clean, the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back soon.

Because of the view a very good location.

Lobby on level 2nd floor. No elevator to 1st (ground) floor. The complementary breakfast is, compared to other hotels I've stayed, of low quality. In the range 1..10 a 4. Not enough space to consume breakfast in the lobby. You have to take an instable tray, loaded with breakfast items, down to your room. Internet was filtered. Couldn't stream Dutch public radio broadcast.

The room was clean and we had a great view of the ocean.

The room overall was clean and neat. However, we thought the carpet was dirty as our feet were always black when walking on it back and forth.

What breakfast ? They should not advertise free breakfast. I went to get a coffee and you would have thought I was robbing the place . Besides I couldn’t get any coffee. Breakfast was the only negative .

Loved the view, the location, the steps down had a faucet at the top to rinse off at as well as a heated pool.

Hard to pin point anything there, i guess the only issue is we discovered the room phone was not working but they immediately repaired it.

Stairs due to handicap - Size of room was way too small! We had stayed here before and the room was upstairs and they had an elevator and the room had a fireplace and was very nice. This time we paid approximately the same price for a room so small you could hardly move around in it and the stairs were much longer than we thought they would be! My wife actually went to get some water from the vending machine using our credit card and it took our money but didn't get her water ($1.85) and when she called the front desk she was told there is nothing they could do about it because it was provided by a separate company and she should call the number on the machine (which did no good) - I can think of no way easier to piss a visitor off than to let them use a machine on your property and then tell them you have no control over it and you need to spend your time chasing down a phone number for a $1.85 water but make sure you pay the $550 rent for two nights! Never again for us.
