it was a convenient location. the room furnishings had been recently updated.

our family of four had booked online and prepaid for a room with two queen beds. we were given a room with one king bed, which all four of us had to squeeze into. we were charged twice for our room, and that has not been resolved. there was only one employee at the desk, and there needed to be another two employees at least. there was. group of people camped in the back parking lot by the dumpster. they didn’t seem dangerous, but it felt awkward going to my vehicle.

They gave us a room which was very close to entrance and midnight I woke up because of the people’s noise and talking so loudly in the lobby!

The business room was decent with no smell.

The place is dirty and rundown. The regular rooms have an old wear and tear STINK that frebreeze couldn't fix. The breakfast was mediocre and edible. The staff look tired and overworked so they were not approachable.

Located near several shops, restaurants and other amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful, very close to Morristown, Uber and Lyft available 24/7 at a fair price with little to no wait. Microwave and frig in room.

Property is very ran down, construction constantly, rooms are old and outdated, poor repair, the beds are absolutely awful and uncomfortable, Carpeting is filthy, room furniture in poor repair, bedding is dated and thats being kind. The breakfast is grab and go with limited options, a lot of sketchy guests and activity, and the less expensive rooms have outside doors and my room had two outside rooms, didn’t always feel safe.

It's a clean and a nice place to stay. Shops and fast food restaurants are close as well as bus stops and post office.

Ok liked the value of the non smoking rooms And the breakfast was actually better that I expected. We stayed on a weekend . The staff were nice .

I didn’t like that the lobby didn’t have adequate air conditioning. They was some ceiling panels needing repair in a hallways

The lady at the front desk was not polite. I booked the hotel choosing a smoking room by mistake. She did not give me any opportunity to speak in order to change the room. I had a bad experience. My suitcase and my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I left.
